Attendance & Lates
To excuse an absence or late arrival, a parent emails both the office and the teacher. Students arriving after 8:40 are marked late for the first class. Attendance is part of the final mark.
High School
Dress Code
“Office casual” — khaki, navy, or black pants, shorts, or skirts with plain shirts in white, grey, forest green, burgundy, navy, or black; sweatshirts without hoods, or the MCHS school hoodie. Wednesdays are casual days.
High School
Code of Conduct
A Christian code of conduct with progressive discipline and restorative practices. Each year, students and parents sign the Agreement for Thriving Community and Individuals.
High School
Technology & AI Use
Students use a school Chromebook that stays at school, or may bring their own laptop. Phones may be used in class only at the teacher's discretion. Students and parents sign a Technology and AI Use Agreement each year.
High School
Assessment & Reporting
Each semester includes a progress report, a midterm report, and a final report card, all emailed to parents and students. Parent–teacher conferences are held the week midterm reports go out, or by appointment.
High School
Safe School
Students report concerns to any teacher, and an incident report is created. Parents with safety concerns contact the Principal.

Snow Days & Closures
On a snow day, learning moves online with a Google Classroom check-in at 10 a.m. If the school is closed, there is no learning that day. The Principal emails families by 7 a.m., and MCHS closes when TLDSB closes.

Bus Transportation
A school bus runs from Burk's Falls through Emsdale, Huntsville, and the Port Sydney campus to Muskoka Bible Centre. Families pay a monthly fee, which the school heavily subsidizes. Enrol through the office.

Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition depends on the number of children and their grades, so please contact the Principal for rates. Payment can be made annually (due July 1) or in 10 or 12 monthly payments, and early annual payment reduces the base fee by 2%. Financial aid is available.
